Chicken Caesar Salad. A very essential food for those who want to lose weight. Romaine lettuce is one of its main ingredient that made it healthy. This is because romaine lettuce has moderate protein and fiber content, and has no cholesterol and fat. 

Taco Salad. Its main ingredients are mixed greens. Everyone will surely agree that this salad is full of nutrients because of these greens. Choose green leafy vegetables for the mixed greens for they are known to help prevent cancer, heart diseases, and others diseases.

Always choose what you can eat right. By doing this, you are taking care of your body. With these salads that are easy to prepare, you will surely have no problem starting a healthy lifestyle.
